SREA successfully completed the leasing of 24,832 square feet of office space in the Fort Washington Executive Center (“FWEC”), located at 602 Office Center Drive, Fort Washington, PA. Ina Sargen and Dan Moller of the SREA team worked with Allstate’s real estate representatives to provide landlord representation services to the Building’s owner. Ms. Sargen and Mr. Moller strategized to balance pro-forma leasing objectives and were successful in providing aggressive deal terms along with creative lease language that ultimately secured Allstate at FWEC. SREA services were fundamental to enhancing the value of the FWEC to help position the property for sale. Allstate will enjoy the many amenities offered at the FWEC, such as a fitness center, on-site parking, a full-service café and a central courtyard.
