Advisor Position
Job Scope: Successful completion of transactions and development of new business. Responsibilities shall include, but not be limited to, the following:
- Coordinate the development of building-specific marketing plans.
- Compile appropriate information and generate proposals for prospective tenants.
- Lead space showings and handle follow-up duties.
- Prepare market surveys by identifying properties that fit client space profiles, contact Landlords/Brokers, obtain pertinent market information and schedule tours.
- Perform financial analyses to determine viability of transactions according to client profile.
- Coordinate lease documentation and ultimate execution/distribution.
- Attend broker events and represent SREA at industry events and association meetings.
- Attend owner meetings and handle follow-ups and leasing reports.
- Update CoStar listings.
- Interact directly with prospective and current tenants to achieve maximum occupancy and maximum achievable rents at all properties.
- Coordinate with other SREA departments (i.e., marketing and operations) to achieve revenue goals.
- Develop business in the form of corporate calls, contacts, introductions, presentations and meetings.
Qualifications:
- BA or BS Degree
- 2 to 3 years of real estate related sales and/or leasing experience
- PA Real Estate License
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Comprehensive understanding of real estate transaction process
- Familiar with real estate financial analysis process and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Articulate, professional manner and presentation skills

Associate Position
Job Scope: Provide quality deal and transaction support to successfully complete transactions and/or develop new business. Learn specifics of real estate brokerage services to develop a thorough understanding of real estate industry and transaction, project and client management. Responsibilities shall include, but not be limited to, the following:
- Attend space showings, conduct tours as requested, set-up property inspections and handle follow-ups.
- Update leasing activity reports.
- Perform financial analysis on deals as requested using ProCalc.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses of properties being considered.
- Participate in internal strategy meetings as requested, organize effort, conduct follow-ups, perform internet research for potential clients, cold call and update broker contact database.
- Perform basic lease abstracts.
- Be familiar with business real estate transactions/community; read industry and community periodicals.
- Attend broker events.
- Provide suggestions/ideas for business development based on networking, transaction knowledge, industry trends, specific company knowledge, etc.
- Compile appropriate information and generate tenant representation presentations, participate in presentation as requested, manage revisions as directed.
- Prepare market surveys by identifying properties that fit client profiles, contact landlords/brokers, obtain pertinent property/lease information and prepare formal communications/presentations.
- Manage post-transaction follow-up on completed deals including, but not limited to, preparation of case studies, creation of binder with critical documents, conduct client surveys, obtain client reference letters, etc.
- Specific client deal/transaction support as directed.
- Attend owner meetings as requested, handle follow-ups and leasing reports.
- Update CoStar listings and ensure data is accurately reported.
- Be familiar with building specs, current tenant population and space available.
- Coordinate lease documentation and ultimate execution/distribution.
- Assist in preparation of invoices using completed deal information.
Qualifications:
- BA or BS Degree
- 1 to 3 years of sales and/or real estate related experience a plus
- PA real estate license a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
