Parsons Brinckerhoff Renews Lease at 4 Penn Center

SREA successfully represented the owners of 4 Penn Center with the lease transaction of Parsons Brinckerhoff (“Parsons”) at 4 Penn Center (1600 John F. Kennedy Boulevard), Philadelphia, PA.   Mike Dolan and Austin Weinerman of the SREA team worked with Wayne Fisher and Phil Giunta of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank to renew Parsons’ lease totaling 11,817 square feet.  Parsons has combined with WSP and are now one of the world’s leading engineering professional services consulting firms.
