SREA is pursuing the redevelopment of the former Finnigan’s Wake at 537 N. 3rd Street (3rd and Spring Garden Streets) as a potential transformation into an office building for creative and technology tenants. Some of the construction plans include adding two floors and a rooftop deck and the conversion of the ground floor for potential dining/retail use. The property is conveniently located along the N3RD Street corridor and located one block from the Market-Frankford Line El stop.
