In 2024, Stockton Real Estate Advisors enters its 20th year, signifying two decades of prominence in the real estate sector. Both Stockton entities embrace a strong ethos of community involvement, acknowledging the city’s importance. Stockton Real Estate Advisors and SREA Property Management are poised to broaden their service offerings to stay ahead of the growing demand for their real estate expertise.

Julie Anne SmithJulie Anne Smith, CPA, who joined Stockton in March 2024, is the new Assistant Controller. Stockton pursued Smith for her broad experience in finance, operations, and development. With her keen eye for detail and proficiency in financial management, Julie Anne will play a pivotal role in maintaining banking relationships, financial reporting, taxes, and overseeing Stockton’s 401k plan alongside Stockton’s long-time controller, Chris Amoroso. Before joining Stockton, Julie Anne served as the Director of Operations for Villanova University, overseeing the business office, financial aid, and compliance operations, and as a Senior Major Gift Officer for Villanova University. According to Chris Amoroso, “Stockton is incredibly pleased to be adding an individual with the skill and experience needed to successfully enhance our operations.”

Sammy AugugliaroIn April 2024, Samantha “Sammy” Augugliaro stepped into the role of Director of Marketing, marking a significant milestone as Stockton’s first dedicated marketing leader. With her innovative approach and creative prowess, Sammy will spearhead strategic marketing initiatives to enhance Stockton’s brand presence and visibility in the market. Prior to joining Stockton, Sammy served as the Marketing Director for Philadelphia real estate company, RothbergDubrow, from March 2021 to March 2024. “We are so excited to have Sammy on our team,” said Amy Orons, Director of Operations. “She brings a wealth of creativity along with her marketing and business skills.”

Mr. Tim BittoAs SREA’s property management portfolio continues to grow, two new members have been welcomed to SREA Property Management’s well-established team headed by Guy Pierce. Tim Bitto joins as the Senior Property Manager, bringing with him an exceptional experience in property management. In this new capacity, Tim will be responsible for managing and overseeing SREA’s suburban property management portfolio. Tim brings more than 15 years of progressive commercial real estate experience. Prior to joining SREA, he led a portfolio of 700,000 square feet for Beacon Commercial Real Estate. Before Beacon, Tim was a property manager at GPX Realty Partners for eight years, overseeing 500,000 square feet of office space. Guy Pierce, Vice President of SREA Property Management, is excited about Tim’s hiring. We fully expect Tim will be an asset in the years to come that will allow us to meet our goals for growth and customer satisfaction.

Sam StellaSam Stella, SREA’s first Drexel University co-op student, assumes the role of Assistant Property Manager, working closely with Mia Brown, a SREA Property Manager, for the management of SREA’s Philadelphia office, retail, and flex portfolio. Previously, Sam provided property management support to Urban Property Group, where he managed approximately 125 apartments in Philadelphia and coordinated the leasing of 30 units.
