Stockton Real Estate Advisors, LLC has negotiated a new lease for Breastcancer.org, relocating the non-profit organization from 7 East Lancaster Avenue to the Metro Suburban Building at 120 E. Lancaster Avenue in Ardmore, PA. The move was necessitated by the significant growth of the organization in the last few years. The new 6,335 SF office is over 25% larger than their previous location and allowed Breastcancer.org to create new office space that reflects the mission and philosophy of the organization.
According to Ina Sargen, who represented the tenant, Breastcancer.org, in the negotiations, “This was the perfect time for the organization to relocate. Their new office at the Metro Suburban Building enables Breastcancer.org to work more collaboratively and better serve their stakeholders. The new space is conveniently located to public transit and only a few steps from the fantastic amenities at Suburban Square.”
Breastcancer.org is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing the most reliable, complete and up-to-date information about breast cancer and breast health, as well as an active and supportive online community.
