Our Sales & Leasing Intern, Colin Wilhelm is a Senior at Temple University with a major in Finance and a minor in Real Estate. Colin’s major and minor will prepare him for his ideal career in the real estate industry. Outside of work, Colin enjoys hanging out with his friends and exploring new places in the city.
Samantha Stack will be joining the team as the Operations/Social Media Intern. Sam is a Senior at Temple University with a major in Political Science and a minor in Visual Anthropology. She hopes to work in public relations or communications after graduation. On weekends you can usually find her at an art museum or shopping in Center City.
Arianne Wong is part of our Financial/Acquisitions team. A Junior at the University of Pennsylvania, Arianne majors in Sociology with a concentration in Urban Sociology and has a double minor in Real Estate and Urban Studies. Arianne is very interested in the Real Estate Private Equity field and hopes to work for a Real Estate Private Equity (REPE) firm after graduation. In her free time Arianne loves going to the beach, hiking with friends, and trying new restaurants in Philly
