SREA’s Mike Dolan, exclusive leasing agent for the Graham Building, has negotiated lease agreements with two tenants for The Graham Building at 30 S. 15th Street, Philadelphia, PA.
Fallon Van Horn, a regional defense trial firm, has renewed their 5,600 SF lease. New to the historic building is tech company SmartStream Technologies. They will be moving into their 5,184 SF space in July 2015. Mohr Partners represented SmartStream in the transaction.
“The 25-story Graham building located at the doorstop of the Dilworth Park, has been transformed over the past 24 months,” said Dolan. “There is 20,000 SF of new co-working space, a dramatic two-story lobby under construction, panoramic views of City Hall and Dilworth Park, and an ongoing $5 million capital improvement campaign.”
The location of the Graham building is within walking distance to Suburban Station, City Hall, Dilworth Park, Rittenhouse Row, Reading Terminal Market, the Philadelphia Convention Center, and soon to be developed Chestnut Place, a 206-unit luxury apartment building.
